Mary Pajic LCSW, Licensed Therapist

When it comes to your well-being, it is important to have a knowledgeable professional that you can turn to. I bring an authentic and safe space to clinical settings and have experience working virtually in offices, schools, and within the community. I believe strongly in creating a trusting environment, which is fundamental to the foundation of our work together. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship stress you're not alone. Together we can work on getting to the root cause of your challenges and explore life's triggers in a creative way.

My expertise covers a broad spectrum of mental health needs and services including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and domestic violence. I offer a variety of unique treatment approaches that cater to your individual needs and strengths. I use skill- building techniques that increase emotional regulation and improve one's ability to tolerate distress. I am also a Certified School Social Worker and can offer educational support and planning, as well as child behavior modification techniques. My focus in recent years has been working with adults, couples, and families in a clinical setting.
