    General Information: 

    Camden County Partnership for Children is an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit Care Management Organization (CMO). They are a non-profit agency funded by the state of NJ to arrange a variety of treatment and support services to children in the community. 



    They coordinate services, resources and supports to children and young adults with the most complex needs that include: behavioral/emotional,  intellectual/developmental and substance use. Camden County Partnership for Children works with child-family teams (CFT) to develop individualized service plans (ISP). The goal is to keep children and young adults in their homes, their schools, and their communities.

  • Camden County Family Support Organization

    General Information: 

    The Mission of the Camden County Family Support Organization (CCFSO) is to assist caregivers and families of children who have developmental, social, emotional, educational, behavioral, medical or mental health issues as well as those living with substance use or involved in juvenile justice navigate the many systems they will encounter through the child’s life. They will ensure the family voice is heard in all planning, coordination, and delivery of services. As parents who are experiencing or have experienced these issues with our own children, they work with families to provide direct empathetic peer support, education and promote self-advocacy.

  • PerformCare

    General Information: 

    PerformCare New Jersey, a member of the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies, is a national, full-service behavioral health administrative services organization. PerformCare New Jersey is the contracted system administrator (CSA) for the State of New Jersey’s Department of Children and Families, Children’s System of Care (CSOC). PerformCare New Jersey is the single point of access to a wide array of behavioral health, intellectual, and developmental disability services, as well as substance use treatment for youth and families throughout New Jersey.



    As the CSA, PerformCare New Jersey provides youth and their families with the services, resources, tools, and support they need to optimally participate in treatment within their homes, schools, and community settings. We provide the avenue for families to request clinically appropriate, needs-based services with a single phone call any time of the day or night.
