I support the idea of building a therapeutic alliance with clients and their families, providing them with a safe and secure environment to express their feelings. I work from a place of compassion and empathy but am directive in my approach. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Furthermore, I work with children, teens, and adults. Some things I do for fun include fishing, hiking, and building models.
